Uday Pratap Singh (Bhadri)

Uday Pratap Singh (born 1933) is an Indian titular Raja of former Zamindari Bhadri of Oudh from 1970 to present, succeeded by his uncle last ruler Raja Rai Bajrang Bahadur Singh. He is one of the prominent Hindu leader of RSS and VHP, India based nationalist Hindu organization and environmentalist who is working for the forest conservation in India.
== Early life and education ==
Uday born in 1933 in Bisen clan of Rajput as the only son of Kunwar Trilochan Pratap Singh and his wife Rukmini Devi. He educated at The Doon School, Dehradun. Uday Pratap is nephew of Raja Bajrang Bahadur Singh of Bhadri (1905–1970) who was the first vice-chancellor of Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology and later served as second Governor of Himachal Pradesh. Since last ruler of Bhadri, Raja Bajrang Bahadur had no son, he adopted his nephew Uday Pratap Singh as his heir.
